Made by Sharon Myers, "The Purple Chef" of Brattleboro, VT, this highly original preserve makes a spicey, bittersweet accompaniment to Vermont Shepherd cheese. Ingredients include: tomatoes, sugar, oranges, lemons, cinnamon sticks and cloves.
