Our shipping policy: We try to ship the least expensive way possible via UPS. However, because our product is perishable, we reserve the right to expedite shipping based on time in transit and weather. Should we need to do this, there will be an extra charge to your credit card (the difference between your shopping cart shipping price and the actual rush price).
All UPS orders have a $5.00 handling fee in addition to basic shipping costs, the handling fee is included in the estimated and final shipping charges.
Vermont Shepherd will ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, orders received after Wednesday will likely not ship until the following Monday.
Unfortunately WE CAN NOT SHIP UPS TO P.O. BOXES!
For packages being shipped West of the Mississippi, (any states WEST of MN, IA, MO, TN, and AL. FL is included also) please give us a postal address as the shipping address since we can now ship via Postal Priority flat rate, 2 - 3 day delivery for $18.00. To choose this option, make sure the address for delivery can accept postal mail and please mark the UPS ground shipping box. We can't add the postal option for shipping to our site, but we will adjust the shipping amount accordingly when we charge your credit card.
All orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday to be received by Friday. If You have a specific shipping date in mind, Please include that information in the Comments box below. Remember, we only ship Mon-Wed, so plan ahead.
